Some women do have the "wrong" type of power. But the problem here is that most women LACK any power whatsoever. This woman (Aasiya Hassan) was abused by her husband, not the other way around. Our goal is to encourage women to speak up and not tolerate men who act like idiots. Dayana - thats a very good example you gave. Hitting/abusing ones spouse is against the teachings of Islam;Prophet SAW never hit any of his wives.
